What is included in the rental of The Muse Theatre?
150 gold Chiavari chairs,150 white outdoor folding chairs, 25 round 60” folding tables,10 round cocktail tables, and 6 rectangular 30”x 72” tables. Our sound system includes two Bose speakers, a soundboard, and microphones. Black or white linens, set up and break down of equipment, additional tables/chairs, and centerpieces are available for an additional fee.
How large is The Muse Theatre?
The building is approximately 7,700 sq. ft. This includes our main ballroom with crystal chandeliers, elegant bridal suite, balcony overlooking the ballroom, upscale men's and women’s bathrooms, and large catering kitchen. Adjacent to the building is our 4,000 sq. ft. ceremony garden, with lush artificial turf, mature landscaping, and a wooden pergola.
Does the Muse Theatre require specific caterers?
No, but we do have caterers in downtown Perry that we’ve worked with and that we recommend. We do, however, require the use of our bar. See below.
Does the Muse Theatre provide bar services?
Yes, we have a full liquor license and a stocked bar. Our staff can create the perfect drink menu for your next event!
Where is the Muse Theatre’s parking?
The Muse Theatre has a 16-spot reserved parking lot next door, plus 5 additional spots for caterers or event staff in the rear of the building. The City of Perry has 310 public parking spaces downtown, which per the City of Perry’s parking study did not exceed 50% occupied during peak occupancy. Additionally, we have an 8-passenger golf cart available for shuttle service around the downtown district. The Muse Theatre plans to have additional offsite parking in close proximity by Spring 2022!
What is the Muse Theatre’s capacity?
We have an occupancy rating of 649 (standing room). The ballroom can comfortably seat up to 250 (banquet style), or 350 (stadium style). Additional seating can be made available in the balcony area. A variety of seating layouts are shown below.








What is the attire for an event at The Muse Theatre?
While we don’t have a required dress code, many events held at the theatre have a theme and are evening/cocktail attire. Please check our social media for specific dress themes.
What is the fee to rent The Muse Theatre?
